Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is grappling with the use of a traditional Gi, which allows you to grab the clothing of your opponent to restrain, sweep and submit your opponent. All classes are structured to suit all levels from beginners to pro!

No Gi BJJ:
No Gi is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is practiced without the traditional uniform (Gi), instead you wear shorts and a rash guard.
No Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the integral components of Mixed Martial Arts.
MMA Striking
Striking for MMA, a blend of striking techniques drawn from multiple arts & disciplines.
Learn how to accurately place your shots on a real person from highly qualified coaching staff. This class focuses on landing strikes on a live and moving target.
This class is structured to suit all levels from beginners through to pro!
**You will need Gloves, Shin pads, Groin Guard and Mouth Guard to participate.**

Filipino Martial Arts
Filipino martial artists are noted for their ability to fight with weapons or empty hands interchangeably and their ability to turn ordinary household items into lethal weapons. Weapons-training takes precedence because they give an edge in real fights, gears students to psychologically face armed opponents, and any object that can be picked up can be used as a weapon using FMA techniques. Empty hand training techniques are translated from the use of the Daga (dagger) or Baston (stick).
