Dom began training MMA at the age of 17 and within no time at all became addicted to the sport competing regularly and committing to a hectic schedule with 2-3 sessions a day 6 days a week.


Under the tutelage of a NCAA D1 wrestler, Dom built the foundation of his game around strong wrestling with technical and devastating BJJ.

Dom continues to enhance his knowledge in all areas of martial arts training in Team Compton’s Pro fighter group and learning from head coach Steve Compton.

Dom is currently pursuing his MMA career with aspirations of one day fighting in the UFC.

In Dom's time of competing he has achieved well over 50 gold medals in BJJ competitions. This includes becoming:

- IFBJJ Pan Pacific Champion (2019)

- Queensland AFBJJ State Champion (2018)

- Queensland AFBJJ State Champion (2020)

- Grappling Industries Brisbane Advanced (185 lbs) Division Champion (2020)
